As I turn 47 I find myself pausing in deep gratitude — for the lessons, the growth, the magic, and the moments that have shaped this past year.
This year has been a bridge between worlds — a weaving of spirit and structure, vision and embodiment. I have watched seeds I planted long ago begin to take form: the Earth Wisdom Mentorship evolving into a living, breathing field of connection; the Growing Nature Academy rooting deeper into the hearts of children and schools; and the steady hum of Juliette’s Kitchen continuing to nourish and uplift.
In April, I travelled to Peru, a trip that had such deep ripples in my being, where in a beautiful shamanic ceremony I dedicated my life to being in Divine Service — to walk this path fully, humbly, and with deep reverence. That experience opened something profound within me: a greater sense of trust in myself, in the unfolding of my life’s work, and in the guidance that continues to flow through me from spirit and the Earth.
This trust has been mirrored in the many creations that have come to life this year — from completing my new book, 7 Magical Mushrooms, to being interviewed by David Wolfe for his podcast, to speaking at numerous events where I’ve been able to share the healing power of nature and consciousness. I’ve birthed new products through Juliette’s Kitchen, each one infused with intention, wisdom, and love, expanding the ways in which people can connect to nature’s medicine.
There has been so much joy in seeing my three wonderful children continue to grow into such wise, kind, and creative souls, and such gratitude for my amazing husband — always by my side, supporting my work, singing with me, and joining me on so many of life’s magical missions.
I have travelled and shared with so many amazing souls — from running sacred site tours and India retreats, to holding cacao ceremony trainings that have touched hearts and inspired transformation. This past year has truly been a dance between the sacred and the practical, the personal and the collective.
Now, as I turn 47 I feel a call to take my work to an even deeper level — to not only share the wisdom of the Earth but to train others to become Earth Wisdom Mentors, helping this movement ripple out into the world.
This year has taught me that trust is the foundation of all creation — trust in the timing, trust in the flow, trust in the unseen support that carries us.
As I enter this new cycle, I carry the wisdom of integration:

✨ To remember that my work is not just what I create, but how I live each day.
Here’s to another cycle of creation, joy, and connection — of walking gently with the Earth, honouring her wisdom, and continuing to be a bridge between the seen and unseen worlds.
