Cauliflower cheeze
This is such a simple and delicious recipe that the whole family love. I like to add in other veg like butternut squash too but you can just keep it simple if you like.
Be warned this is very moorish
Serves 4
1 large cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 butternut squash cubed
Lightly steam veg for 5mins before placing in baking tray and pouring sauce over
Sauce
1 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup of ground almonds
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
garlic clove
1 tsp raw grey sea salt
2 cups of water or plant milk
Place sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cook at 160 for 20-30 min
