Raw Chocolate Slab



200g cacao butter melted

3tbs cacao powder

8 dates

1/2 cup cashew nuts

1 Tbs all you need protein powder (optional)


Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Pour into a silicone tray and add 1 cup of puffed rice, 1/2 cup goji berries, (any other dried fruit or nuts you want to add)


Optional extra swirl coconut cream or coconut condensed milk into it at the very end


Place in the fridge to set and enjoy
