Wild Garlic Raw Soup
What a delicious soup this is. And even though it's raw you can still have it hot.
1 carrot
1 courgette
1/2 cup soaked cashew nuts
1 cup of wild garlic
1/2 cup young nettle leaves
1/2 chilli
2 tbs olive oil
small handful of goji berries
1 small cube of fermented tofu
1 tsp Icelandic sea salt
2 cups of hot water
place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth then serve
